Back in those early days, we posted messages in Usenet and other places that we thought writers might lurk. Attracting talented writers never seemed to be a problem.
Unfortunately, the IPO didn't go well and Dr. Balis has been forced to earn a living. We'd love to continue the Company Therapist, but we haven't been able to figure out a way to pay for it.
