Can't say that I do. I prefer the "sounds of silence." I have trouble concentrating if there is music I like in the background, because I'd rather sing or dance than write.
I CAN offer this: to get in the mood, I always read Rachel's previous session before starting the next. I also accumulate a list of possibilities, a bank of events, stored up from which to choose her future episodes. I research OCD so that her problems (and the Doctor's treatments) can be realistic.
