Yes, I just tried it again, and I did get transferred to the "Thank you..." page with the URL above. Maybe it will work this time.

I haven't had any problems posting or using the search engine. I recently upgraded to Netscape 4.0, but I had the same problem when I tried to subscribe using Netscape 3.0 a few months ago.
