He didn't agree to nothing! It is more in the nature of a tribute. Bob Berring was a professor in law school who I particularly liked. I'm hoping that someday he'll conduct a vanity search on the Internet and have that mention pop-up. He should know that he's been an important influence in the development of his students.

And you're right about his personality--I think he'll like the mention!
