It's unfortunate that Prozac is so over-prescribed, due to the fact that HMOs want to cut costs - cheaper to pay for pills than therapy sessions. The last time I was on the couch, the flavor-of-the-month they were pushing was Serzone (nefazodone HCI). They're probably promoting an entirely new tart-n-tangy brain candy now.
