In Response To: Writing Aids (John Jay Meerkat)

> JJ Meerkat Thank you for your kind words. What an unusual name! To answer, I'm certain that none of us use any writing aids so crude as a random plot generator, although I don't rule out chemical stimulation of any kind. If you want to be a writer, WRITE! If you want to write here, check out backstage for the rules and then submit a proposal. It is sort of a cafe here, a small community of good amateur writers, sometimes familiar with each other, meeting on common ground. Personally I wish there was more input from the readers, but, with no pay (no income for the publishers, either), this is almost pure writing, for the joy and challenge of it. Make no mistake, the audience is always on my mind, but rather than play to them for commercial gain, here we just sort of let them be voyers into our creativity, just putting it up for the sake of it. As for the writing aids, I admire the creativity of each author here and I would be surprised to find that any of it is canned. I would not be surprised to find a large auto-biographical content, but that's a personal matter.
