I too have used that site for some ideas. When you start reading about all the possible problems a person could have, instant mini-stories pop into mind when you wonder how symptoms of a nuerosis would effect daily life.

Ahhh... chat rooms. It's amazing the number of personal soap operas that come to light in chat rooms. Situations, problems, embarrassments and other asundry circumstances that would never ever be told to friends are often blurted out in chat rooms for all those who wish to hear. Too bad I deleted the logs! LOL

Oddly enough, I started Olivia out with a net stalker she met online in a chat room. The idea was to keep her so engrossed in IRC that she lost sight of reality (a diagnosis my ex-husband foisted upon me when I decided to leave him... but that's another story for another character in another session with Doctor Balis). Olivia didn't want to be that way, insisted upon writing herself and then, had the gall to move to Washington, D.C. Ahh well.. there will be others. =)
